Chief Information Officer

Michele Rodgers joined Exeter Finance as Chief Information Officer in January 2018. In her current role, she leads the technology organization which includes setting the strategy, development and implementation of new technology solutions that drive business value. She is also responsible for Exeter’s technology infrastructure, security, enterprise project management office and data governance. Michele is a results-oriented executive with extensive experience in delivering business solutions that align to corporate strategy while continuing to build and maintain customer and vendor relationships.Prior to joining Exeter, she served in several leadership roles at Santander Consumer USA over an 11-year period. She also served as Chief Financial Officer for SoftLink Solutions, Inc., as well as held leadership roles in accounting in both private and public-sector companies. Michele is a graduate of the University of Alabama.
